Never Felt The Grass Beneath My Feet

Never felt the grass beneath my feet, never smelled the air crisp with morning. Never felt the sun shine on my face or tasted waters that were freely flowing.
Life in a box.

Took this a couple years ago this fall. I had a whole folder of stuff I photographed just kicking around, thought I'd upload some of them.


Note: This is an animal at a fair, caged like this to be on display, to win a prize. For all I know this guy has all the room to roam he wants back at the farm. I accuse or presume nothing of his owners lol I don't know them.
The title is there because there are so many animals in this world in various industries that are crammed into tiny cages, and they never touch grass or even see the sun. This guy looked sad so it reminded me of that.
